This Award is given in recognition of residential, retail, multi-family, and non-profit agency properties located in Fallbrook, considered “above and beyond” the norm in maintaining their landscapes. Awards may be given for new construction, renovation, landscape renovation and/or maintenance.

The public is encouraged to nominate property (yours or a neighbor’s) for consideration. You may nominate more than one property but please use a separate form for each. A committee of community volunteers will review all nominations for appearance as well as curb appeal. Nominators will be kept confidential. See rules on back.
