Fallbrook and the surrounding communities have a zero tolerance for graffiti.  Volunteers from the Fallbrook Beautification Alliance (FBA), working together with members of the Rotary Club of Fallbrook and Sheriff's Volunteers, remove graffiti as soon as possible after it is reported.  The FBA, Sheriff's Department and Art Campus are working on programs to direct the artistic energy of young people into positive art projects.
