2008 Beautiful Landscape Award Winner The Country Farmhouse, owners Debbie Estrada and Fran DuBroy
This property was an eyesore to the community until developed into a coffee shop with breakfast and lunch menu. It features a beautiful waterfall with pond along with planting that include low maintenance material, color, texture, and drought-tolerant plantings. The multiple outdoor as well as intimate indoor dining options make this a charming and inviting stop in Fallbrook.

Steven and Leslie Kirchmeier
This property is quite impressive from the street. Its landscape complements the residence with skillful use of color, texture and the use of drought-tolerant plantings. Leslie has done her own landscape plan and together with Steve have implemented her design. This couple is obviously quite creative yet thoughtful about the environment.
